Today we are excited to be joined by Jessica Fuller, a board certified behavior analyst and a doctoral student working in the area of mindful parenting and education at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She recently started a school in the Dominican Republic where mindfulness practices are one of the core values taught to staff, parents, and students. Jessica will be speaking with us on the topic of mindfulness and on how parents can utilize mindfulness through three skills:
